Walking Update

I took several steps this weekend. I'm getting braver by the minute. It's actually quite fun to walk. Mom & Dad cheer for me whenever I take several steps, and I've even started cheering for myself! (You know how I love to clap!) Here's a video of my latest fancy footwork...

Snow Day!

I saw snow for the first time this morning. I really liked to look at it, but I didn't want to play in it. It was too cold! Here's a picture of me enjoying the scenery. I've also posted some recent pictures of me. I'm 14 months today! (Oh, and I can stand for short periods of time and I occassionally take a few steps, but still no walking!)

I got this great chair to play in. I like to put all my stuffed animals on it with me.

I also like to relax and read books in my chair. Here I am catching up on the latest US Weekly. I love stealing Mom's magazines!

Happy New Year!

Our friends Uncle Bob, Aunt Sarah and Addison came to Charlotte to ring in the new year. It was my first sleepover. Addison and I enjoyed our time together. I had fun and hope she visits again!

Bath time! Addison's wet hair kind of freaked me out. As long as she didn't mess with my purple duckie we were fine.

Meal time! We both have similar taste in food, but we were very worried about what the other was eating.

Neither of us liked these crowns our moms kept putting on our heads. I think Addison may be trying to spell out 2009 here.

I told Mom I hated this thing on my head, but she HAD to take a picture.

Christmas 2008

We've been so busy with friends and family. It was a fun Christmas for me this year. Grandlin & Paw-Paw came to Charlotte for Christmas this year and we had lots of fun playing (even though Grandlin and Daddy were under the weather for a bit). I enjoyed eating lots of new foods (I love ham and pineapple!) and of course had a blast getting new toys. I love them all but the wagon is my favorite right now. I'm looking forward to the weather warming up a bit so I can go for more rides!
