Oh my it's been a busy Spring for us. Mom is so behind in posting updates on this blog. I'll have to get on her and remind her to do this more regularly. So we haven't filled you in on lots of stuff. Most importantly at the end of February our family went to DISNEYWORLD! Mom ran the Princess 1/2 Marathon (she wore a tutu...funny!) and after the race we spent 4 days riding the rides and meeting all the Disney celebs. We went with our best buds Addie and Cole which made our trip even better. Without further ado...pictures of our trip!
A little bleary eyed - Race started at 5:30 am but was lots of fun! |
Day 1: Magic Kingdom. We were ready to go! |
Teacups was our favorite ride. Dad got teacup duty because he could spin the cup super fast! (Mom said it made her too dizzy.) |
Posing with the meanies from Cinderella. |
Dinner at Chef Mickey's! |
Day 2: Magic Kingdom. We started with an invitation to become princesses at the Bippity Boppity Boutique. We got our hair, make up and nails done! |
Showing off our final Princess outfits. (Libby couldn't find a dress that wasn't "scratchy" so she opted for her own clothes.) |
After our boutique appointment we dined at Cinderella's castle. We loved meeting all the princesses! |
Day 3: Hollywood Studios. We started off with breakfast and meeting all of our TV favorites. Of course Sofia was our favorite! |
Green army guy from Toy Story! The Toy Story ride was our favorite here. |
Dinner at the Polynesian Luau. We loved dressing in our leis and doing the hula up on stage. |
Day 4: Epcot. This was the day that we all struggled to have fun. We were tired, it rained, etc. But lucky for us our trusty tour guide Libby wore her shirt to remind us what Disney is all about. :) |
Our final dinner was at "Be Our Guest" at the Beast's castle. It was beautiful inside and the food was really, really good. We of course tried the gray stuff and it was delicious. |
